About the instructor:
Ruthy Vesler has been swimming for over 23 years. She is a high school All-American, 5 x NCAA All-American, Professional Triathlete, with 2 top-10 Ironman finishes (6th IM Malaysia, 10th IM WAUS), is ranked 8th in the world ITU Long Distance, is a member of the USAT Long Distance Elite Team, is a USAT and USA Swimming Certified, tri, swim, bike and run coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a kids and masters coach for Rancho San Deguito at the Boys and Girls club in Solana Beach, CA.
